• Do you snoop on your child's phone or Facebook page?

  Yes. It's my right as a parent to know what my kid is up to.

  • Yep and just did it again.

• Should couples have joint or separate bank accounts?

  Both. Couples should have a joint bank account for joint expenses, but it's important to have separate accounts for personal spending.

  • Is this a real question? Both of course. 1 +1 still equals 2 separate people. I don't care how much in love you are, don't be silly.
  • Why do people assume if you have separate accounts you aren't really connected mentally as a couple? That's such an immature thought process.

• Was mother of Columbine killer partly responsible for massacre?

  I'm not sure. Who could predict that tragedy?

  • Normally I'd say h*ll yes she should have known. But honestly have you ever dealt with a teen? It's almost impossible to police a teen.
  • Heck yes I could have hidden it from my parents as a teen and my parents were GOOD and all in my business like parents should be. But even with wonderful involved parents...when I think of the stuff my friends/siblings etc.

• Should 6-year-old be suspended for bringing utensil to school?

  Yes. Zero tolerance means zero tolerance

  • Everyone thinks it's ridiculous until someone gets hurt, accident or not, and then everyone acts all shocked. I blame the parents.
  • Altec was not being a smarta**, he was making a point that just because it's your "favorite thing" or you think it's innocent doesn't mean it is.
  • Are people deliberately misreading? Carol's point (and not to speak for her but it was clear from what she wrote) is that since the child is white and "sometimes wears a suit" to school posters are automatically assuming less punishment/innocent.
  • What's up with all the personal attacks? "I hope you don't have kids, etc." Grow up. And she's right, teach the kids when they're young and they'll learn the lesson better. Who can argue with that?
